The vision of this new exhibition implies entering the scene of the abstract contemporary production through the works of Natalia Cacchiarelli and Mariana Villafane; it induces the knowledge of the most diverse art streams and the rooting of the current art expressions in legendary movements of avant-garde.
In Argentina the firm presence of abstract art can be attributed -even though it’s difficult to define the Argentine idiosyncrasy – to the force of a powerful inheritance.
The landscape and the folklore of south America also gives life to a vast production of figurative art present in the works of Paula Otegui, Lucas Pertile with their deep knowledge on the forest and its mysteries.
Christian Carle-Catafago reflects his eye and magic focus in his series of inverse Cedars; homage to Lebanon also by Andres Paredes in his had crafted work. Alita Olivari with her rabbit soldiers is a fine expression of a world where human kind and beasts have swapped places.
